Wow that's actually so weird, I just created the account this week. I verified it on July 5th, 2 days ago! Surely if the account was banned it would not let me create it in the first place, right? Also back in 2017 I was still playing GMS, there's no way it's me... I looked into it again with the info you provided via PM and have determined that your ban will unfortunately remain.
