They're ridiculously expensive in the FM that go anywhere from 100m+ each. Just owled and theres only 1 for 200m. I had sold probably 10+ of them for anywhere from 100-150m each when i was last playing in November. I have 3 i can sell you for 80m each since you need 3 Good luck with finding anyone selling. For all the Deeds ive ever had drop from back when they had a way better drop rate pre new source, Arwens shoe has had an even worse drop rate than the deed pre or post new source.
