Solved [Solution Given] Disconnecting after entering PIC

Hello, this is my first day to play Maple Royals but when I log in and gonna play, it's can not entering the game.
After entering PIC, it's disconnect from a game.

What should I do for playing a game?

ps. my computer now is from my bother so he not playing a game for 2-3 years.

 

Yes, he played 2-3 years ago and now his old account are block or delete.
