Closed Ban Appeal For "High Damage"

Character Name: LoboSolo

Last thing I did: I was bossing a Pianus, about half way through, next thing I know I get banned for High Damage on a Bloody Bloom..

Why do you think you got banned?: I honestly do not know why other than it claims i did "high damage" to a bloody bloom. I was all the way right to the map cave of pianus fighting a right side pianus standing in one place only attacking pianus (i am paladin using blast, only attacks one monster at a time) then i get kicked, i try to log in, and blue message pops up claiming i did high damage to a bloody bloom (12243 dmg to be exact, which i dont think is that high at all....)

Ban message when attempting to log in: "your account has been permanently banned for serious violation of the rules. Therefore you will be unable to use this account.

P.S. I am no cheater, hacker or anything such as, never have been never was, nor do I even know how to do any of that. I have donated to this server, I appreciate this server and have also commented on facebook nothing but positive feedback regarding MapleRoyals, including SMEGAS in the game. I am a former GMS player who has put a lot of time and effort into my characters. I love this game and would never do anything to jeopardize my ability to continuing playing this game. I really dont understand how 12k damage to a bloody bloom can be considered high damage and an autoban.. I was simply bossing pianus, with blast skill. Please i would appreciate your understanding on this matter, there has been a huge mistake.
