[Enquiry] Change of Account Ownership

Hi all!!
I have a friend who had quitted MapleRoyal for bout 3 years.

In this case, if he were to give me his Account and I were to change his email, PIN, PW and totally convert it to mine, does that constitute to account sharing?

That would be account sharing. don't do it

 

From the terms and conditions:

is immediate grounds for a perma ban, on both of you.

If it's a low-levelled character it still might be perma depending how much you do on it, depending on GM/admin discretion. Generally from what I've seen it still tends to be perma ban.

 

Yeah, It would mean account sharing.

Account sharing is when a party shares the account details with another party (ex. you share your acc details with another person), it doesn't matter what's in the account.

 

I think he can just give you whatever he has on his account if that's the reason you want it.

You might be asked later on by staff how you got so and so and will need to provide information.

Take this with a grain of salt because I remember reading a post about it so I'm not 100% sure what I said is legit
