    Thank you for sending that over. That doesn't explain the 150 Claymore that you looted on 08/03 at Ch 14 FM 15. This item was dropped by a known RWT seller. Our logs do not lie.

    It's don't loot, i'm don't know how to explain i'm never drop the weapon of the perfect! i'm always trade the weapon between my mule(CR) and main(Hero), always with my CGS, please check this again, thanks for the reply.

    Maybe I'm not being super clear. We are not talking about the 150 attack claymore that you scrolled in 2023. You received another 150 attack claymore as I listed above from a known RWT seller. You did not drop trade your 2023 claymore. I don't know if you were planning to sell the second and thought we wouldn't realize, or maybe your RWT seller suggested it. Either way, your appeal is denied and you will remain permanently banned for RWT.

    I’m unsure how to prove my innocence in this situation. Although I don’t have any photos to verify my transactions with Mule, I carefully reread the related articles and noticed a mention of FM14-15. However, I’ve never been to FM14-15; all of my item exchanges with Mule took place at the FM entrance.

    I would appreciate your help in verifying my IP and device information. I’ve always logged into the game using just one device, and I can confirm that I have never simultaneously owned two 150-attack Dragon Claymores. Additionally, I have not recently acquired this equipment, whether clean or scrolled, nor have I picked up such valuable items from the ground. I have never engaged in any transactions related to RWT.

    I truly enjoy this game, from upgrading gear and the excitement of boss fights to interacting with friends. I kindly ask you to assist me with a final verification. Thank you for your help.

    Our admins were the one who verified your ban and issued it. There is nothing else we can do for this case as our logs show otherwise. We have to go based on what our logs say. I will be locking the thread now.

    since you have made multiple posts at various locations about this and seem fixated on you being banned is a mistake:
    even if the logs for this item were wrong, you'd still be banned for major vote abuse on your characters strivedream, IKIDE, tasabaoSI, sizuayami
