I have no idea, but i search other people's ban appeal, it may be related to my Mac or IP address

 

during afk, i reinstalled the computer system. Windows11

i never play Mapleroyals from a virtual machine. After reinstalling the computer system, my PC even doesn't install virtual machine.

 

I have used VPN called "Leishen" ,also logged in without VPN before.But now,i can't log in with "Leishen" or without VPN

I tried to uninstall VPN called "Leishen" , but after uninstalling i still can't log in.
I read the thread you mention."Leishen" is a pulic but paid VPN. I didn't notice the word "public" before.(I viewed the thread is post in Chinese)
The reason of i can't log in is VPN? or my accounts have banned?

I know that ! i just used my laptop to log in successfully. Please determine whether my desktop computer's MAC address is be banned. if you banned my MAC address,please give me a reasonable explanation, i didn't do anything that break rules!
