Hello. You do not appear to be banned. You may be connecting from a previously banned IP. Try unplugging your router/modem for at least 3 minutes to prompt your ISP for a new IP.
Thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately I still encounter the issue after unplugging my router. Is it something regarding some network issues with the new patch?
There shouldn’t be unless you are receiving a different error message. There is nothing on our end though with your accounts that would stop you from connecting.
