Hey guys i'm new around here and just started playing for the first time in 15 years. I'm a level 38 fire poisin , can't find anything really to do. Can't find enough people to PQ and i'm tired of farming bears in LUDI . Any other good farming places to go to ? And what alse there's to do ?
I'd recommend joining a guild, you'll find a lot of people to talk to and party with I'm a Jr in Ours guild, we have a very active alliance. Pm me in game - FriendLy and i'll add you
Very few new players come to the server, so this is common. Unfortunately that's just the state of the server these days. You can try disc, smegas, and guilds for PQs but its tough.
Like the others have said, try finding a guild. The social aspect of the game is so important. Also if you are just straight grinding, I would recommend trying some questing. It helps break up the tedium by giving new objectives and with server exp bump, they are often worth doing. Look through this thread for the best of them, but really checking out all the quests in a new area is a great way to explore too. Make sure you are keeping up with Olafs questline as well. The extra HP really helps later on. https://royals.ms/forum/threads/quests-worth-doing.106856/
Well, you are limited in what you can do with a mage (exception obv. being bishOP) . Typically you would make a mage to farm or sell leech to fund washing or upgrading to better gear for your attacker later on. They are more suited to generating wealth rather than doing the majority of the content. You could consider taking a backseat with the mage for now and rolling another class like Buccaneer. You will find more party content to do to level up.
Ninja Castle is a better place to level up as an FP mage from 30-50+. From there you can continue using Fire Arrow at Chunin/Kunoichi or switch to Poison Breath training around lvl 55+ (someone recommended Stormbreakers in the FP mages guide. I usually go to Blue Kents, not sure which is faster). 70+ I go to Gigantic Spirit Vikings which is faster than anything I've tried at that level range. 80+ is dual channel Petri misting. During event bonus exp I was gaining a level every 8-10 minutes at Petris, making lvl 80-90 almost as fast as lvl 30-40, lol. You can also leech your own characters while grinding for more efficiency. And yes, late game potential is limited as an FP mage unless you're just planning to farm/sell leech. I'd recommend making a priest/bishop for HS and an attacker like a Bucc/Shad for party/bossing content.
