Solved [Solution Given] Pin code

for the first time the games asked me to pin code 4 numbers
im remember what the pin i make but its incorrect
and cant log in to the site to make rest pin

 

when i try to log in the control pannel it says this You have accessed too many accounts recently. Please try again later

 

i just forgot the pin code and i cant reset it

 

also i tryied reset password and it dont send anything to my email

 

im rest my password but cant rest the pin maybe you or another admin can send to me rest pin to my email because i cant log to control pannel
