Reasons for posting:
LoroPiana (@LoroPiana ): i might put this guy on forum blacklist for looting 3 helms for free


This post is NOT to put @LoroPiana on the blacklist, but to show the info.



Background Information:
5 attackers Zak run
Leader: PateCabra
Members: Zenoooo, LoroPiana, ascencia, krispycloud, akaneee (party leader's bishop mule). (I couldn't find their forum ID.)
1st zak run, we got zak helm buyer, and a skill book buyer.
Helm buyer died, and bishop does not have Ress. Book buyer got his book.
As I said before the zak run, I would like to reloot if there is any. After helm buyer died, party leader told me to "go ahead reloot".

After leader's permission on my reloot, on 6th line, LoroPiana replied to chat about Ress skill: "ah".
On 9th line, LoroPiana: "tedious".
On 11th line, LoroPiana: "i did mine so i know" (about Ress)

At the same time I was relooting helm. As I was checking my 3rd helm, I noticed that book buyer said "i can buy zak", so I said "k", "u wanna buy helm?"
During these lines LoroPiana was chatting and didn't care about the zak helms.

After 2nd run, we got spare helms:


And then goes the threat from @LoroPiana



As I was an attacker, and a white EXP attacker, I don't think I should pay for zhelms. But LoroPiana thinks otherwise. Hence the post.

Note: This run was recruited on Alliance, and I have done zak with PateCabra (party leader) before. When he said "greedy NL", ofc this is joking. Then LoroPiana said: "how can a person be greedy like this". I thought she was joking just like my alliance member. After 2nd run, LoroPiana kept saying so like she was serious.

Before we enter zak, i said i would like to reloot if there is spare helm, any one else want? That led to party leader tellling me to reloot after 1st run. You did not have a problem with that when u were chatting after the run inside zak chamber.

Party leader: Zenooo go ahead reloot. No one else says wants reloot too including u.

Well i wasted my time to read through all the ss as im one of the hakunamatata member too, just some regular common sense that suppose to know for regular zakum player and not knowing for non bossing player, think just completely misunderstanding that lead this kind of argument happen, just let it pass, no big deal in this case

 

Should just ignore everything about this cases, it happen daily if the pt miscommunication about the drops, dont need to anyhow blacklist anyone for this small cases, have fun in game

 

Blacklist has been updated. Shop scams are no longer on the list after a split poll. Also added a "To think about" section to hopefully reduce petty bickering reports. Probably won't help much, but one can dream right

 

I'd recommend changing the example reason in how to file a report. It's currently "bundle shop scam" which doesn't really fit anymore

Selling Elixir one per normal price while selling Power Elixir at an abnormal price, trying to mislead customers.
I was cheated by 240 m.

I agree. This isn't a case of 4 elixirs having the same price and one of them being overpriced to try to lure people. All of them are overpriced and you just quickly bought them without checking the price.

 

Honestly? You don't even need to see the price, you just need to see the color.

From what I see, it's a matter of lack of attention.
Sorry for the 240m loss bro, but you really need to pay attention more.

 

There is a difference between reporting a false clean item for a clean item price, to reporting a really obvious overprice that gets spotted easily. By the picture - there is not a singular PE stack for 10-11-12-13k or anything like that nor it was advertised as cheap or as X price. It's straight up 1.2m per pot.
There is no need to personally attack me, I'm not into forum dramas and I would really love not starting an argument over this.
Would appreciate if you mind your business and don't get words into my mouth (as I didn't judge anybody, while even showing some sympathy towards the buyer + giving him a friendly tip).

Yeah but isnt 1.2m the price of a full stack?
Could be he saw the color and assumed its for full stacks. Still his fault for buying, but it is technically a bundle scam and should be treated as such.
Bundle scams are not limited to having most items set in bundles and 1 not being in a bundle

 

I wasnt arguing on whether to blacklist it or not, just that it IS a bundle scam

 

For what i can see, it just like selling thing moreeeeee expensive, ntg can be complain scam or not scam, still the same thing, mouse is on ur hand and ur eye been watching it while u pressing, just becareful before buying anything
