Hello, What you are describing is a MAC ban. If you just created those characters and have not played Royals yet and have been unable to login at all, you likely have a faulty MAC address. You will need to fix your faulty MAC address in order to connect.

I thought mac addresses are hard-coded into my Mac Air network card, how is a vpn software like NordVPN able to affect the hard-coded mac addresses? I tried searching on google but wasn't able to find any related information regarding VPN messing the mac addresses.
