Dear MapleRoyals Team,

I’m writing this appeal as I was informed that I need to submit it personally. My husband had previously opened an appeal for my account, which you can find here: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/thi...en-deleted-or-blocked-from-connection.237175/

While I understand my husband violated the voting rules, I had no involvement in his actions. I did not benefit from the vote abuse, and I haven't used any NX currency from his accounts—or even my own. He now fully acknowledges his mistake and accepts the consequences, and he has no intention of starting over again.

In the short time I’ve been playing MapleRoyals (about two and a half weeks), I’ve really enjoyed the experience and invested a lot of time and effort into my character. It’s disheartening to see my progress cut short because of something I had no control over. My husband may have helped me set up the account initially, but I have been the one playing and always following the rules.

I am sincerely begging you to please reconsider the ban and allow me to return to the game. I promise that the rules will never be broken, and I will continue to play as I always have—fairly and responsibly. This game has quickly become something I look forward to, and I just want the chance to keep enjoying it.

I can provide any information needed to prove that my account is entirely separate from the actions of my husband. All I want is the chance to keep playing the game I’ve enjoyed so much.

But I was informed that I need to submit it personally, for my account/character.
He doesn't care about the game anymore, but I do.

I created a new account after not receiving a response and accepting that my previous account was gone.
I want to make it clear again that I was not the one who violated the rules.
I understand the situation and why it might be hard to believe me, so I came to terms with losing my character.
I’ve always followed the rules, both on my previous account and now on this new one.

Since then, I created a new account and new characters, and I’ve continued to play by the rules without doing anything wrong. My husband has already quit and no longer plays the game.

I even took a different PC from my parents, which he has no access to. I’m playing quietly and following the rules, so I really don’t understand why I’ve been banned again.

We are two separate people, and only one of us made a mistake—why do I need to be punished for that as well? I created the account by myself this time and have done everything according to the rules.

If you have any questions or need clarification, I am more than willing to provide any information you need.
I’m begging for a chance to prove that I am an honest player. I have always followed the rules, and you can monitor my activity to see that I will keep playing fairly moving forward.

What specific information are you referring to that would show we are not separate individuals? Why would I lie about this? I have nothing to gain from doing so.
Even if you don’t believe me, it won’t change the fact that I have no intention of gaining anything from dishonesty.

Regarding the email address, it’s our family email, which is why it may appear linked to both of us. The similarity in passwords comes from a mutual friend's name and the previous account’s password, and my account name honors my late brother, which is deeply personal to me. The players I’ve been playing with in the game are friends of both my husband and me. We completed a degree together, so our connections are longstanding and genuine.

I want to correct a misunderstanding: I have not created two new accounts. I have only created one new account and reached level 34. If I had intended to evade the ban, I would not have used similar credentials or account information. I created this account in good faith and even used a different computer from my family, believing I had no other choice after my previous appeal went unanswered. I wasn’t aware that this would be considered ban evasion, and I sincerely apologize for any confusion.

It’s really disheartening that I haven’t been given a fair chance to address your concerns and that my appeal was denied without proper consideration. I have not done anything wrong. I am playing on a different computer and have made no attempts to evade detection.. I just wanted the opportunity to continue playing the game fairly, as I always have.
