I agree. This isn't a case of 4 elixirs having the same price and one of them being overpriced to try to lure people. All of them are overpriced and you just quickly bought them without checking the price.

Wowwww, you adjusted quickly to the blacklist change! From diligently reporting the "shop scammers" to very harshly judging the "victims", just like that

 

There is a difference between reporting a false clean item for a clean item price, to reporting a really obvious overprice that gets spotted easily. By the picture - there is not a singular PE stack for 10-11-12-13k or anything like that nor it was advertised as cheap or as X price. It's straight up 1.2m per pot.
There is no need to personally attack me, I'm not into forum dramas and I would really love not starting an argument over this.
Would appreciate if you mind your business and don't get words into my mouth (as I didn't judge anybody, while even showing some sympathy towards the buyer + giving him a friendly tip).

Could be he saw the color and assumed its for full stacks. Still his fault for buying, but it is technically a bundle scam and should be treated as such.
Bundle scams are not limited to having most items set in bundles and 1 not being in a bundle

For what i can see, it just like selling thing moreeeeee expensive, ntg can be complain scam or not scam, still the same thing, mouse is on ur hand and ur eye been watching it while u pressing, just becareful before buying anything

 

Obviously. I always say that when someone gets scammed in such an obvious way then both parties are at fault, one is responsible for their own FM purchases.
Like the saying, a fool and his gold are soon to be parted.
Doesnt make the seller any less guilty, but ppl need to be responsible for their own buys.

3. DETAILS: Found an FM spot and was opening a shop and this guy just cut in and stole it immediately. Proceeded to post up cheap items to force me to buy out the spot and ran off after running out of excuses when confronted. I understand that "stealing" of FM spot itself is not subjected to being blacklisted but I believe that the context is different in this case.

 

If you buy all of the items in a hired merchant, the shop will not close. That only works with the store permits. Also, the items are competitively priced, such that I do not think that placing them there was an attempt to make you buy junk to get the spot back.

It sounds like OutOfArrowz had been trying to reset his shop, and got caught out by not having enough inventory space, and so had to run to Fredrick and back. That will be what he meant by it being originally his spot, and is why you did not see him when you first tried to grab the spot. This is really not toxic. The toxic people are the ones who sit waiting for somebody to be trying to re-set their shop, and snag the spot the moment they do. Clearly not what happened in this case.

Even if this were blacklistable, screenshots need to be uncropped

 

Whether he was trying to reset or not doesn't really matter at the end of the day, as he wasn't there when I arrived and he cut in and open a shop quickly when he saw me there. In addition, he decided to run off after being confronted when he ran out of explanation.

The point of the shop having a 1 day expiration is so that no one could "own" a spot forever. If I lose the spot due to my own mistake of not resetting it within 24 hours, I can't just tell the new guy that this was originally my spot because my shop was here an hour ago and I forgot to reset it.

I think this is considered as a toxic behavior as he ran off right after I justified that the spot does not belong to him just because he claims that 'originally' it was his spot, and cutting in on someone you are aware that is opening their shop there. Toxicity is a behavior, it should not be narrowly defined as just "people are the ones who sit waiting for somebody to be trying to re-set their shop, and snag the spot the moment they do.".

I have taken the uncropped screenshot of the chat if that was what you were referring to.

I am not reporting under "FM spot stolen" but under "toxic behavior" as explained above.

 

Gotta post better screenshots then, since what you show only has him saying 4 sentences, none of which are very toxic. Posting some cheap items is kinda weird but I wouldn't say toxic, might just be keeping the spot while transferring items from mules.
