Your Character Names: RobinMood, GunPark(or Gun.Park Something like that, I don't really remember, to be honest.) and two more that i didn't remember to be honest.
Last thing you did: done remember
Why do you think you got banned?: Voting with multiple characters
Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection
    What GM banned you (optional):

I saw people with many characters and with NX items, so I thought there was no enforcement and that it was just formally written for no reason. I understand my mistake and have learned my lesson, and I won’t do it again.
I would appreciate it if you could unlock my character, GunPark. It won’t happen again. I would love to return to playing the game I grew up with, which brings me back to nostalgia.

    Hello,

You are correct. You were banned for Vote Abuse:

    Punishment: Permanent ban.

Vote Abuse - The act of attempting to, or successfully, bypassing the restrictions of voting no more than once per 24 hours. Please be aware that, in cases of severe abuse as per discretion of Staff, we reserve the right to respond with a permanent ban regardless of if it is your first offense.

The Admins have gone through your voting history for the time you have been playing Royals, and have seen a number of times where you voted on more than one of your accounts in a 24-hour period. Doing this is against the MapleRoyals ToS. The number of times you did this was severe enough for the Admins to issue a Major Vote Abuse Ban as a result of your actions.

That's right, I understood that when I received the ban, and as I explained, I saw people who had multiple characters, and they also had NX items, so I thought it wasn't being enforced, and that it was just written for something formal.
That's why I realized my mistake, and it won't happen again, as I will play only one character. That's why I asked for a pardon and the ban to be lifted for just one character, which wasn't my main.

Unfortunately, a permanent ban is just that; permanent. It doesn't matter how many years pass since the ban, it will remain on all your accounts and any new accounts you may make, because the ban affects you as a person.

You starting over, or asking for one of your accounts to be unlocked, is not something that can be done, because it is not written in the MapleRoyals Terms and Conditions as an alternative to a permanent ban. And we, as Staff, must abide by those rules.

The ban on you will remain. I'm sorry this wasn't the conclusion you were hoping for. We wish you well elsewhere.

Hi, one last question after learning my lesson::pepez:
Is there a possibility to start from scratch, create a new character, and just unblock the MAC address?
