Hi, I logged in today to find my account, with character named afgankush might be banned from what i can tell? if so this must be a mistake can you please look into it, i was training at cpq and jr wraiths last i was online got to lvl 43 and logged off only to be unable to login the next day thank you.

yes my son plays aswell his gamertag is like lu15c1an or something i cant spell it off by heart it has letters and numbers, thats his only character that i've seen?

you need to verify my sons ign too? its on my friendslist on my cleric if that helps it has numbers and letters and is like l4uc14m or something I cant remember it off by heart and cant access my account to confirm it. if that doesnt help let me know ill get him to login or something for me, is there anyway I am able to mitigate getting banned like this in the future like should i only use my own internet connection or ill get banned? what has actually happened to my account sorry
Hey Dave I spoke to my son again it seems like he was indeed hacking and has been banned on his account too, that's why he hasn't been playing... does this affect my account as well now? :/ I am sorry I can punish him irl if that helps haha
VeryStoned was caught hacking and all related accounts were banned as a result. That is standard protocol. As far as your account, an Admin will be needed to verify that you and your son are indeed two different people. However, even if that is proven true, the IP Address and MAC address of the connection your son used will remain banned. If your account does get unbanned, you will not be able to use the same IP or computer that your son used when he hacked. With that all being said, would you like me to forward this to the Admins?

looks like you and your son share all of your account details in addition to you ban evading on your device resulting in additional bans and the closing of your ban appeal
