    Hi!
    I am an old player who wants to comeback to play, after two years not playing tried to log in to my account and remembered that my player got banned for no reason.


    ALL Your Character Names:
    I can't remember exactly the character's names, it was a while ago, but maybe "Boart" or something related to "FM"

    Last thing you did:
    Probably free marketing

    Why do you think you got banned?:
    If I remember correctly, it happen because of an issue I have with a keyboard where the "ALT" key is getting "holded" sometimes (I can provide a picture if needed, I still have the same keyboard but I notice more to that problem)

    What GM banned you (optional):
    Not sure, but after asking in the forum I found out the "Reason" was hacking.
    I can promise I never used any hacks, I am a player who came to experience the "old and hard" MapleStory as it was back in the days.

    I am not 100% sure about the exact month but I would say somewhere around May 2022,
    However I bought the problematic keyboard afterwards (I had another one having some issues) but I think this was the last time I played the server

    Looks like you were banned back in June 2021 because your character was caught hacking.

    I wish I could provide any other information to explain that I never did, but as I said, all I can say is that I never did any hacks.
    As far as I remember the account characters were pretty low-level, so it does not make any sense.
    Besides that, I have two more accounts that were played afterward without any example of hacking...

    I will be honest, I am not even sure if it is worth it because I really can't remember if I had any good items on the other account, but I do want to try since I remember I put a lot of effort into it.

    Very well. I will pass this along to the Admins for them to check what happened with your account. It will take time for a reply since the Admins always have a lot of tasks to do.
