Hello, Your accounts are not banned due to any rule breaking. The "You have been disconnected from the Server. Please try again" commonly shows up with a MAC ban. Looking at your accounts and connections, that seems to be the issue. You currently have multiple MAC Addresses associated with your connection and one of them happens to be the Address 00-00-00-00-00-00, which is a fault MAC address and can't be used to access Mapleroyals. You should disable your faulty MAC addresses in order to connect to the game.

Yes, I do use my iPhone to vote time to time while I’m not at my house, and using some other connection due to I work almost everywhere, I hope it doesn’t affect any of the rules. And sometimes VPN do switch on and off and it might create problem I think. I give it a try to log in later. Still thousand thanks for the response
