Hey, IGN :Lo0ney Problem : WS Disappeared Details : i bought few hours ago a 1 WS, in addition i opened 210 Gacha and got another 2 WS i tried to scroll Bracnh Nose with Face scroll DEX ( approx ~ 07:20-07:35 server time) and its failed (Twice) and now i see the ive got only 2 WS, please help me to fix the problem, i worked very hard to achieve that White Scrolls
Hey Dave, thx for reply for you request - i bought a Chaos scroll and White Scroll approx. at ~06:00-06:30 (server tIme) right after that i opened 210 Gachapon tickets in NLC and got 2 White Scrolls so in total i had 3 White Scroll And 1 Chaos Scroll. i hope this info will help you to figure out in clearly. thank you for help Have a nice one
Hey Dave, All these event took place at 06:00 to 07:30 approx (started from the buy of the chaos and white scrolls, to the scrolling the branch nose at 07:30+-) Already told you that in the previous replies
But I am asking for the date and time of obtaining the WS, not the scrolling which you have mentioned in the initial post
Alright, thx The first ws that I bought was about 06:00 to 06:30 and eight after that I opened 210 gachapon at NLC and got another 2 ws, I don't know the exact time that I got every single one I just know that i pressed NO in the 2 times that the prompt show up and asked if I want to use the WS for scrolling the branch nose
Waiting to see if anyone else mentions disappearance of White Scrolls Normal items don't just disappear If they do, it would be a bug that can occur to others as well
Not seeing any other similar reports to the above situation Will be forwarding this case as an individual issue instead of a bug
Character Issues are processed in batches every few months, you would have to wait for the Admins investigation I am only able to escalate this as a game-breaking bug if it occurs to multiple (if not, all) players
we cant help you with cases where you accidentally use white scrolls during your scrolling processes unfortunately
