All Your Character Names: speedyboy, stealthyboy, toastyboy, and one more that matches my login ID
Last thing you did: I think being in Kerning AFKing while reading guides, also did Kerning KPQ with some people
Why do you think you got banned?: Not sure, but my ISP is doing some upgrading works and this is my text message from them verbatim: "To serve you better, we're upgrading our network core on 14 Nov between 1AM and 6AM (my local timezone) and may need to reboot your modem/ONT to restore your connection." As you can see I can log onto the internet just fine. Another thing I can think of is maybe checking that I voted today (which I did and did not continue to attempt) -- for context I sometimes vote while I'm home, on the go (phone 4G), and at work. If my IP is blocked, I will go request and IP change with my ISP, but if it's another reason, I hope to understand why..
Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. Please check again.
What GM banned you (optional): No idea

Thanks for checking! I'm talking with my ISP about changing my IP address and they aren't being very helpful. Any chance on unbanning the IP address?

Also here are some things I've tried for reference of anyone else facing the same issue: did a fresh install of Maple in case some critical files got removed by Windows Defender. Didn't work. Reset my router and ONT, still the same IP address for some reason.

Is it against the rules to have a second account? I'm thinking of setting one up to test if it runs on the same network. Won't vote on it ofc and doubt I'll play on it either

Hey everyone, I managed to log in today. For reference to anyone facing the same issue:

The fcking dogshit AI chatbot and message support guy of my ISP told me to turn off my router and ONT (Optical Network Terminal) for 2-3mins, and then use a pin to hit the reset button on the back and hold it for 10-15 seconds to reset my IP address. I followed these instructions 6-8 times and it didn't work.

Finally I had enough and called the support hotline, and the support lady told me to physically remove the power cord from the back of the ONT and leave it for a few mins (I pulled it out before I left home for work so I left it out for 12 hours or so), and my public IP is finally something different so I managed to log into the MapleRoyals client.

Thanks again Tim for taking the time to check if my account was banned. Thread closed I guess?

I was considering it, but I don't have much use for the static IP and if by chance the provided static IP gets banned, I have to go through hoops to get them to reset for me. The solution seems simple enough without static IP, just unplug and plug back in. Plus it's $51, and if you want out, cancelling is another $51
