IGN: Ucker Problem: Can't open store because Fredrick NPC is bugged Details: I bought a contract merchant for 14 days now. I tried to open a store, but it says "Please use this after retrieving items from Fredrick of Free Market.". When I talked to him, nothing happened. I tried to relog several times, still the same problem.
This happens when players only collect meso instead of using "Organize" You would have to wait for a server check for the issue to be resolved
Would it be possible to refund the NX as we won't have a verification any time soon and I purchased the store exactly yesterday
