I can't complete the event quest on character Rootdo. I have 2 completed socks (one is last year's and another is this year) and have 4 recommendations (four are this year obtained). Because I can't complete the event quest so I try forfeiting and re-accepting it and re-obtained socks frame from the NPC. So now I have 2 sock frame's in my inventory but I could not drop. I didn't complete the quests but it shows it's complete. I apologize for my bad English.
We have made a fix and you should be able to hand in the quest now. Please can you check and let us know, thank you for reporting.
