Hi there! I know you're really stressed about this, and I have some great news for you: you're not banned! You're connecting from an IP address that was previously banned because of another user. You can get your ISP to allocate you a new IP address by unplugging your router for at least 40 seconds and then trying to connect again. Let me know if you still have trouble.
