Closed Ban Appeal

    Hello GM! Thank you for your time to review my appeal, I'm here to assist with it!

    All
    Your Character Names: EsteIle, (I usually just log in to this character so I'm not really sure about my previous characters), Jaelyn
    Last thing you did: hmm im not too sure, its been a week since I logged in, the last I remembered I was probably just grinding or having some gacha pulls, nothing too bazaar.
    Why do you think you got banned?: I'm not too sure, im quite surprised to know that I can't login today.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.
    What GM banned you (optional): Not sure

    Please ensure all VPN services are disabled or uninstalled before attempting to reconnect.

    Thank you for your quick follow-up! I checked and made sure that I didn't have an active VPN connection, but I still cant seem to log back in even after restarting my computer :(

    But do you have any VPNs installed on your PC?
    (Even if it's inactive)

    It seems that you are trying to connect from a banned IP address (assuming it's the same one you posted on the forum from).

    Reboot your router by unplugging it for at least 1 minute. This should prompt your ISP to allocate you a new IP address.

    Please let us know if you still have trouble after that!

    Thank you so much for your help! I have reset my router and now I'm able to login, thank you!
