If I purchase the service from level 30 to level 67 with a duo, is it correct to understand that the cost will be calculated as follows?

(20*10 + 25*10 + 40*10 + 50*7) * 1.6 = 1,920m

Yes the price you have calculated is the correct amount! We would just apply the 5% first time buyer discount ontop of it which would bring it down to 1.824b for a duo leech!
