Closed Did i get banned?

    hi im trying to log in on 2 of my accounts but it says: this is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.

    edit: i only have 2 accounts*
    another edit: i just made a new account so now it is 3

    my main character= TaytoNL, Ramiris and 1 more character i dont use.
    my 2nd character on my 2nd account= Ossenhaas & MachoHealer

    i honestly dont know why i can't log in.
    i played normally till yesterday night.
    hope i can be helped love the game

    excuse me? can i get an explanation of how i did a major vote abuse?? i myself only vote on my main account. this must be a misunderstanding.

    voting is allowed per account per household?

    i am reading the rules at the moment.
    i see that i cannot share my acccount information, what i did sort of.
    that can be a reason.
    even though where are the first and 2nd offenses??
    and why am i accused harshly and told that im not wanted in the server without a talk???
    customer service?

    thank you! i cant wait! daily player for a while now, even donated purely cause i love the server and planned years of loyalty for the server.

    Edit: like I said I am a loyal player and I truly love the server. If there is anything I must stop with I WILL for the future, that I promise.

    Hope I can keep on playing and enjoying the game/ community with my accounts

    Hi! Thankyou for responding.

    I personally have only been voting on TaytoNL, Dragonid gets voted and played on by my brother, but he quit and I must admit he kept voting for nx for me and his son, who is the official owner of the Ossenhaas account. I use ossenhaas my nephew machohealer.

    We did not white list this. I only did real research to it when we couldn't log in.

    I hope we can arrange something so that it will not be a permanent ban.
    I will stop my brother (dragonid account) to vote and i will try to whitelist or ask my nephew if he wants to stop voting for nx.

    I hope this is enough info and i sincerely apologise for indeed using their votes for nx that i also used.

    Based on your own admission to Account Sharing, and the Admin's finding of triple votes coming from your household, there is unfortunately no leniency that can be shown here. Both violations come with a permanent ban, which means you as a person, as well as your brother and nephew, can no longer play on this server. A permanent ban affects you as a person, and you cannot start over with new accounts either.

    I'm sorry, but your appeal is denied. We wish you well elsewhere.

    Well that is extremely sad.. not even a 2nd chance after a valid explanation.
    No love for the community.
    No idea what is happening in your servers.
    people are voting daily with 5+ to 10+ to a guy with 14 votes a day. And I get a PERMA ban for familie members playing the game??

    Extremely sad....
    Is it possible to get my donation refunded? It makes no sense for you to accept my donation if I'm not allowed to play for a reason that nowhere and never even should've resulted to a ban.

    I know this wasn't the decision you were hoping for, but you need to look at it from the point of view of the rest of the players and the Terms and Conditions you agreed to upon when you made your account:

    - Major Vote Abuse is based on the number of extra votes. A person voting twice each day over a long period of time will get the same penalty as someone who votes on 10 accounts daily over a short period of time. People who get 14-day vote abuse bans are NOT voting on 15 accounts a day and getting a lesser punishment; that is simply false.

    - Your brother voted for NX and gave it to you. You were receiving more than 8,000NX a day, which no one else on this server gets. And if they do, they will get the same punishment. Doing this gave you an unfair advantage over everyone else here who follows the voting rules.
    Punishment: Permanent ban.

    Vote Abuse - The act of attempting to, or successfully, bypassing the restrictions of voting no more than once per 24 hours. Please be aware that, in cases of severe abuse as per discretion of Staff, we reserve the right to respond with a permanent ban regardless of if it is your first offense.

    - By your own admission, you played your nephew's account. You had access to an account that you did not create yourself, and that violated the Account Sharing rule.
    Punishment: Permanent ban.

    Account Sharing - The act of sharing the use your account, sharing account information with any other individual, or the act of logging into or otherwise using an account owned by another person, with or without permission, regardless of whether or not the information was directly or indirectly shared.

    As far as donations, they are non-refundable, as is stated on the donation page:

    So I am trying to work with you guys.
    I said I understand now and I am sorry.
    I even wanted to fix it by not voting st all anymore but now that isn't needed anymore because my brother and nephew both fully quitted now.

    It still is an unnecessary permanent ban for something as small as voting for your game.

    I know for a fact the people that vote 10+ times for years so it seems very selective that I got a PERMA ban for family members. And I have been playing for a few months.

    I truly do need to work with you guys on the refund if this permanent ban cannot be revoked for a reason.

    There is no way that I get banned after donating for litterely playing the game with my family.

    Will I be allowed to make a new account, I will start over but it will stay with that one account, no 2nd accounts etc.

    Donating does not give a person special treatment. Everyone is equal here when it comes to the Terms and Conditions, even the GMs. Punishment is given to anyone who violates a rule, no matter how old or new they are to the server.

    A new account is not something that is offered for players who receive a permanent ban.

    Your suggestion of not voting at all anymore is not a service we can offer at the moment.

    Is it unfair? Perhaps. But that is what a team of pure volunteers is capable of doing on a private server. One cannot expect from us what one would expect from multi-million dollar corporations. We do the best we can with what we have.

    I have explained this the best I could because I wanted you to understand why the decision was made. I did not have to go out of my way to explain this situation so thoroughly, but I did it because I felt it was the right thing to do. But at this point, there is nothing more I can say. This decision won't change.

    I don't feel like you explained the best.

    Why the decision to PERMA ban my ip.

    I explained the reason for the votes is because we were playing with 3 members total. That is now gone. Litterely the problem is gone.

    Normally when the problem is gone there shouldn't be a reason for a permanent ban?

    I don't understand what keeps it on a PERMANENT ban without leniency when there won't be a problem anymore.

    Even in your rules it states that 1st and 2nd offences can be given 14 days ban.

    I assume those people are voting while fully knowing what they are doing and by 1 person.

    My situation is that I've been playing with family members. Not 1 person doing everything.

    I don't understand why that is a PERMANENT ban
