Thanks for your response Heidi, those ingame account names don't sound familiar though the forum account https://royals.ms/forum/threads/not-sure-why-cant-login.139469/ i'm certain was mine, as its dated 2019 its such a long time ago i don't recall creating those char names if that is the case. I would like to give some context if i may, in 2019 i was 22, the maple scene was very different at that time, hacking was somewhat prevalous alot more on GMS and subsequently alot more on Royals, it was a completely different era, but i don't excuse my actions, i was quite simply young and didn't see the ramifications of actions. 6 years later 2024 i started playing again, a short stint in 2022 after lockdown happened, as since i haven't broken a single rule, as i am now alot older i have alot more integrity for myself and the game, never RWT'd, never vote abused, never hacked, not a single rule broken, since joining back in Febuary of 2024, thats 1 year solid of abiding by the rules. In fact i would go to far as to say, when i did notice glitches i reported them immediately to a GM you can see the post i made regarding an EPQ glitch a few months it's in the private report forum. (actually i think you teleported to me whilst i noticed the glitch and i reported it to you Heidi) The GM's that posted on those previous threads don't even play the game anymore, and i remember speaking to a Russian lady GM can't remember the name on discord at the time explaining why i did what i did and apologizing in 2019 . One of those GM's also appears to be banned I haven't attempted to Ban evade to play again, i moved residence and simply thought i would be able to play again and start fresh. I do think it's a bit harsh to punish someone for a mistake they made if they have taken the opportunity to learn and grow from it and also turn into good, via reporting issues and becoming a positive role model. If anything as a repercussion i'm happy for you to ban all my new accounts that i created from January 2024 and il start fresh on a new lvl 3 character, if permissible. I completely understand the staff view on hacking, but don't think i should be punished for it for eternity, especially if i have 1 year track record of no issues and a positive influence, for a poor decision made when i was younger, which lets be honest everyone can make mistakes. It's not for me to decide but it would be great if you could see my POV and maybe we can come to some kind of a resolution, if you need any more details do let me know, much appreciated
Thank you for being honest. I absolutely 100% see where you are coming from. But unfortunately we have a strict, "no exceptions" policy when it comes to our T&C. This ensures we are consistent, and so fair: everybody gets the exact same treatment, with no favoritism, bias, or subjectiveness. We are not allowed to make any exceptions when it comes to enforcing the T&C. And although they obviously took place while you were ban evading, we really do appreciate your positive contributions to our community. We wish you all the best elsewhere.
Ok i understand, sorry again for any wrongdoing in the past, i hope one day, the T&C can be revisited and looked at in a longtime future as i do think it's a bit harsh for some situations where a positive change can happen. Thank you, wish you and the team all the best, Take Care, thanks Heidi
