Hi there. It looks like you're trying to connect with a VPN. Please disable or uninstall all VPN services before attempting to reconnect.
right.. i use vpn on my browser, but not on the client.. is that what happened? because i can't turn off it anymore than that. edit: turned off my browser vpn, still can't get in.
You will have to disable the VPN service completely, or uninstall it. When it runs in the background, it still interferes with reconnecting.
