bezeq ISP costumer constantly DCing in changing intervals starting yesterday

    Im not an expert tho, but wanted to inform that I have done ping test and after 500 tries I had avg ping 72 ms and lost 22 packet(4% loss).

    The issue is about TCP resets that are being forced for no reason which bezeq denied from being out of “illegal” activity which they block. So they’re now checking why does royals being treated as illegal / unauthorised source to be blocked. We had this similar issue back then when fortnite updates were flooding the net and bezeq routers “prioritized” their connections hence closed other “non urgent” (royals among them). At this point, other than saying there are retransmission causing resets on the TCP connections, bezeq should be looking for the reason their devices force closing on our open connections.

    Just finished another phone call with bezeq, they said they will get back to me when they have an answer. It’s still under investigation…

    I'm still experiencing this, but also on other games. This DC stuff is really annoying, does playing on a VPN helps?

    I’m sorry to hear that, and this other games information is crucial.
    I wasn’t getting any call back from bezeq, and I think VPN should solve this issue for you if what we assume really is the problem. Let me know if you try using q VPN and stuff don’t work.

    I suggest you try searching at forums for this or ask the staff for such matters, I do know using a VPN is considered “our responsibility” hence if using an unreliable source / already banned IP royals won’t let you in. There should be a lot of content regarding using a VPN within the forums, you might be using an already banned address so make sure you do this with caution.

    I used Mudfish VPN instead, it did not fix the issue. I am not sure if it helped how often I get DCed.

    I'm able to log in, but the same DC happens after a couple minutes of playing.

    Update:
    bezeq’s dev team claim there are no issues whatsoever on their side, i’ve explained to them that testing connection alone wouldn’t rise the issue as this happens every few minutes ~ an hour so specific time check might show there’s a stable connection when in reality this will be closed later.

    In the meanwhile, they’ve also asked me to provide mutiple IP addresses of clients suffering from this issue, so anyone able to provide their IP address please send them to me in a private message. Do not send them here! If you’re struggling with figuring out your IP you could also type “what is my ip” in google and there are various websites writing it down for you.

    this is relevant only to people being able to play and getting DCs while already logged in.
    If you’re character selection screen is crashing that’s something else and you should appeal at ban appeal section. Please do not confuse ban issues with this matter.

    If you’re feeling uncomfortable providing me your IP address, you could also call bezeq and say the following:

    “I’m playing an online game called mapleroyals which is a private server located in the UK. I’m getting disconnected from the game server every once in a while, could be a minute and could be 15 minutes or even an hour. One of the IPs i’m getting disconnected from is 57.128.187.242 and other ISP clients playing the game do not experience this (partner, cellcom, hotmobile). Here is my IP <tell them your IP here>.

    This is very frustrating, I know other people already reached out to you about this and this has been going on for weeks now and I am seriously thinking about moving to another ISP if this matter will not be fixed. I can’t provide any further details as i’m no software developer but this is what I experience”.

    Hey vainz, i too suffer from those dc's and i use Bezeq isp sadly.
    do you have any new's or is there any way i can help you deal with this?

    Hey!!
    Sorry to hear that, unfortunately they kinda ghost me at this point and the answers vary, from “this is not a bezeq issue” to “we’ll get back to you when we have updates”. If you want to contact them be my guest, i’ve left a format of what you could say and maybe more phone calls will make them somehow take this more seriously but since i’ve been already talking to 3 different managers and countless customer representatives I can’t say i’m positive about this. Then again, you might make miracles, worst case you wasted a phone call.
    Sorry you have to go through this, i’m already feeling bad for not bringing any good news by now but there’s really nothing else I can do except for waiting :'(

    Got a call from bezeq a few minutes ago, they refuse to acknowledge their issue and they have forwarded me to public queries section which I am not going to interact with.
    I’m very sorry for those suffering from this issue, there’s not much I can do at this point.

    As a Bezeq customer, wanted to update that today I contacted Partner and in 2 days I will be connected to Partner ISP.
    Again ty for all your efforts and investigation.
    Hope it will solve all those annoying issues, will keep you posted.
