Have you tried a clean install to ensure the game files are not corrupted? Delete old files > restart PC > reinstall
If it only affects 1 character, it might be due to a specific NX or RP item Do you remember what NX or RP item you recently purchased on that character?
so just had the same issue to my friend Tofu2. it started happening after the barlog pq, , I found that removing the shoulder pad and then going cash shop does work.
This has been forwarded to the Devs for confirmation For the time being, please avoid entering Cash Shop with the shoulderpad equipped
