As some players claimed they have voted successfully today but did not get NX, I will wait a few days and compile the threads for Admin's review If we verified that the vote did went through, we would refund the NX
Hello, I’d like to provide an update regarding the recent issue where some players didn’t receive NX after voting on Gtop100 (Apr 16). As soon as we received reports about it, I alerted the Devs. They looked into it on our end and also reached out to Gtop100 to figure out what was going on. We’ve since heard back from Gtop100, and it turns out the issue was on their side — specifically, the "pingUsername" (which tells us who voted) wasn’t sent through their pingback system. Because of that, we’re unfortunately unable to confirm who successfully voted during the time the issue occurred. We know this is frustrating, and we’re really sorry that we’re unable to provide a refund of NX.
