As per title, i voted about ~4 hours ago. Royals website prompts me that i havent voted yet today, gtop100 prompts me that i need to wait 8 more hours until voting again, after solving captcha. No nx was credited to my account, it had 1500nx before voting and still has 1500 now.
just voted today exactly o2 minutes ago and the nx went through from today, but not from yesterday. Still trying to see if i can get compensated for yesterday.
Hello, I’d like to provide an update regarding the recent issue where some players didn’t receive NX after voting on Gtop100 (Apr 16). As soon as we received reports about it, I alerted the Devs. They looked into it on our end and also reached out to Gtop100 to figure out what was going on. We’ve since heard back from Gtop100, and it turns out the issue was on their side — specifically, the "pingUsername" (which tells us who voted) wasn’t sent through their pingback system. Because of that, we’re unfortunately unable to confirm who successfully voted during the time the issue occurred. We know this is frustrating, and we’re really sorry that we’re unable to provide a refund of NX.
