Umm why did I get banned? >.< (2)

ummm... my laptop is still banned

 

Ummm the two MAC addresses listed on the account SpiritCrash is on are not banned.

 

this is wierd I think one of the is wrong what do I do?

 

Do you have any other accounts besides the one SpiritCrash was on?

 

The moment I was banned I was playing SpiritCrash and PyroFly.
I do have another character on another account:
AlphaWinter

 

There are no bans in place. What error are you getting?

 

When I select my character it DC's (this only happen with my laptop)
