Horus eye how to obtain

The horus eye is from completing romeo and juilet set amount of times or from a quest of some sort?

 

If I am not mistaken, it is an NLC Gachapon exclusive item.

 

I completed all quests in magatia, it unlocked a secret map which has the npc that gives you horus eye from trading R&J pq rewards.

So it is from a somewhat long quest line.

NPC is Yulete and map is called Magatia: Yulete's lab. The entry is one of the sewers in magatia's town map (at the bottom)
