Similarly with some other users, I voted for the first time today around 10:00am EST. GTOP100 went through, on second attempt it indicates I've already voted. However, MapleRoyals site indicates I can still vote today with the green button with no NX credited. Username: (censored) IGN: LUVert
To update, vote for today 4/17/2025 was completely successful. Any chance the affected users from yesterday's issue will have the missed NX retroactively added? Thank you!
Hello, I’d like to provide an update regarding the recent issue where some players didn’t receive NX after voting on Gtop100 (Apr 16). As soon as we received reports about it, I alerted the Devs. They looked into it on our end and also reached out to Gtop100 to figure out what was going on. We’ve since heard back from Gtop100, and it turns out the issue was on their side — specifically, the "pingUsername" (which tells us who voted) wasn’t sent through their pingback system. Because of that, we’re unfortunately unable to confirm who successfully voted during the time the issue occurred. We know this is frustrating, and we’re really sorry that we’re unable to provide a refund of NX.
Appreciate the update, albeit unfortunate. It's not a big deal at the end of the day but may I ask what the harm is in providing a 1-time refund for those that reported it?
As much as we would like to do so, there's still a chance of people taking advantage of this by claiming they have voted despite not doing so Hence, we are only able to provide a refund for situations that we can verify (it occurred before)
Hi devs, i had the same issue yesterday, but i did a couple screenshot as proof xD in case if i post the screenshots may i have a refund? Thx for answers
yeah, thet's why i did it with the client open to let you check the time i did it so u can verify it was yesterday.
You may refer to the previous response about why it's not possible for us to verify it https://royals.ms/forum/threads/suc...-site-doesnt-register-it.244596/#post-1523770
I'm not someone who had an issue voting but on behalf of those who did, I have a couple of questions: 1) Is there a connection between those that had an issue? Or does the issue occur randomly? 2) Would players face a potential ban for trying to vote on the same account again? (via another device, browser, clearing cookies/cache, etc.)
1) As the issue randomly occurs on the Gtop100 side for a short period, we are unable to explain on their behalf how it happened 2) No, players may attempt to vote again on the same account if they notice the vote did not go through (This is usually due to the IP being used on Gtop100 by someone else due to dynamic IP address)
