15b can prolly let you do 6 x 5 att gaia capes with 5 chaos scroll on each lol (total cost: 2.5 b each set )

If you're trying to get 16 or beat it then you probably wouldn't want to chaos a 4 slot cape after a failed chaos, so you may want to buy another 4+ clean cape (450m and up). Factor in any white scroll + chaos on something that has big potential (still trying to match or beat 16) and the fact that it could still rape the cape... Money starts to go pretty fast. There's people who have spent more than 15b on chaos and got nothing out of it. It may sound like ridiculous amounts of mesos, but dat cape

 

Speaking of which, I heard that 14 Attack 1 Slot Facestompers is still for sale, kids!

so far so good for me, aint that hard imo hehe

 

its just luck, i spend 6b on fs and the best i got was 2 att 4 slots, all the rest went to 0
