Hi, I voted a few hours ago but it doesnt look like I ever got NX. Thought I might've accidently voted on another account. But none of my 3 accounts have over 8k nx points so thats how I know for sure. (havent spent any NX today)
I voted on my Account associated with character iGotDK, not this one. This is just the account I have for my forum
The message when I am signed into my account associated with my character iGotDK when I go attempt to vote says I already voted. I went through the regular process to vote and got the confirmation but the NX never appeared on my account.
I’m certain it’s with iGotDK. Me checking my other accounts was just making absolutely sure I didn’t already vote on another account. This was after the server reset
This is the best SS I can do since I am just getting home. I have yet to refresh the page but since it is after reset if I refresh it will likely allow me to vote again
Does it say the same message upon refreshing the page, or it only says this upon being redirected to Gtop100?
Since this was some days ago if I refresh the page I’ll be able to vote again. (Which I just did and will update if it reflects on my account)
Just voted on the account and it looks to be working now. Still lost the 8k NX from the day before but I suppose it’s not that big of a deal
If you are very sure your vote was successful on that day, I can request Admins to do a check Once verified, they will refund the 8k NX Successful voting would mean you were redirected to the server's page of Gtop100, and not seeing a message of "voted for the day" (Gtop100) As I was able to vote successful on the mentioned day, I don't think there was any issues affecting all players https://royals.ms/forum/threads/vot...and-unable-to-vote-again.244910/#post-1526061
I am very sure I successfully voted. Gtop100 did show a voted for the day message. I did not spend any NX that day. To assist the admins on verifying that I did not receive any NX that day across my 3 accounts I’ll list them below (only the character name associated) 1. iGotDK 2.soymiiq 3. CashFarmer
Update - looks like I have gotten the NX on igotDK now. Weird that it was delayed but thank you for the responses!
Will keep this thread open for a few more days so that you may update here should the issue of NX delay occurs again If nothing happens within these few days, I will close this thread
Been monitoring my own votes for few days, didn't observe any issues But feel free to reach out again if you encountered any problems
