Connection error

    Hello,

    I was escorted here from Foxy here to solve the issue. The issue is When I select the character and get shutdown every time, I was confirmed I am not banned.

    I DL winMTR and put 51.68.205.179 but it says "Unable to resolve hostname"

    I live in US and Spectrum is my ISP. I attached the winMTR report as well.

    oh so I go to the winMTR on my phone and run it?

    Enable hotspot and connect to it via WiFi

    This allows you to use mobile data as WiFi, but only do this if you have spare data to use

    This is for testing purposes as your original MTR results show a high amount of data loss (will result in unstable connection)

    I connected on my phone data but now it said "unable to resolve hostname" with the same IP address you gave me.

    Is your mobile data also Spectrum?

    Don't think is your network having issue

    Would like to confirm a few things
    - is the issue of disconnecting upon selecting character constantly happening? (always occur)
    - what anti-virus and VPN do you have installed on your PC (even if they are disabled or inactive)

    yes after pick the character, put Pin and select and it always happens
    and For anti virus - I think just a windows security
    VPN - https://www.softether.org/ I was using this long time ago it already uninstalled now

    As this issue is usually caused by having NordVPN or ExpressVPN installed, could you check your "App & features" to confirm they are installed on your PC?

    Please don't derail the thread, his issue is not caused by the server

    Did you disable the wireless option to force your PC to connect via Ethernet only?
