Closed I'm repeatedly getting an error with my character's buddy list.

IGN: Yudofu and buDou (other characters may also be affected, but these are the ones where I've confirmed the issue so far).
Problem: I've been experiencing an issue with my character's buddy list.
Details:
When someone tries to send a buddy request to me buDou, they get an error.
However, when I send the request from buDou, it works fine.

Also, on both Yudofu and buDou, I noticed that some of my friends are showing up as offline.
I understand that normally, if one person deletes the other, the friend appears offline.
But in these cases, neither side deleted each other, and yet we still appear offline to each other.
To fix it, we’ve had to go through the process of deleting and re-adding each other as buddies repeatedly.

Also, I'm not sure how to show or explain that some friends on my buddy list are appearing offline.
I've already removed and re-added the ones I noticed,
but I'm worried there might be other friends still showing as offline that I haven’t caught yet.
