    Hi, I haven't played in a while and I lost all my data. I don't remember my email, username, or character names. I only know who Job was and the things he had. Is there any way to recover my account? :(

    But if you have forgotten everything else, I doubt Admins can find your characters solely based on job + items

    It's best to check your folder for any possible screenshots as Admins need to be strict with the info provided to ensure the account is recovered by the owner

    I was able to remember my ID and password, but I don't remember my pic, PIN, or my character's name, just the job. Because I haven't played for over a year, and where I had written down the information was, my phone crashed. Can that help me?

    I can't answer on behalf of Admins on whether that's enough, you can only submit the request to the best you can, and hope for the best
