    Problem: Accidentally deleted a char
    Details: Accidentally deleted my mule 10scrolls instead of my other new mule I made. ~f3

    The other requests that are submitted at the same time were processed first cause your account was online at the time

    You would have to wait for the next batch processing

    Hmmmm that would be some insane timing. As this is my mule account, and I've started mage farming, I have barely been on my mule account. and when I have, it's typically 5 mins max at a time. Didn't realize I was playing Valorant again with this timing. Guess i just keep waiting and just never log on for another month...

    Will be requesting Admins to restore the character when the server is down so there isn't a need for you to not login for a month

    Not sure what you meant by Valorant?

    It's ok, i probably won't be logging in to my mule account after a today for a decent amount of time, so whenever the soonest batch happens, that would be great.

    I was just making a joke in regards to valorant comment

    ? well it's a mule that is holding '10% scolls' plus other misc. items. but I don't see the importance of that.
    You told me I was supposedly online during the last batch.
    You then told me it would be done when the server is down. (I obviously did not know it would go down the next day, so I said whenever the next batch is done)
    Server went down, nothing happened.
    Now you're asking if there's something important on the mule since it wasn't done as previously mentioned.
    So if this was an attacker I had, it would be of more importance to admins to restore?

    If it's a main character, I would prioritise it for sure, causethe Anniversary event is important to lots of players

    Although I mentioned the batch processing would be done during a server check or patch, I wasn't aware of the 95.3 patch due to being busy with real life issues and missed the timing to inform Admins in advance

    If my disclosure of the estimated time would lead to players pressuring me to fix their issues, I do not wish to disclose it anymore

    hmm... so my mule is being pushed back as it's not an important character to you guys...

    You being busy with IRL issues and unable to inform admins in time is fine. That's 100% understandable. I feel like you could have literally just said that one sentence and none of this communication would have been necessary.

    As I mentioned ^, Your disclosure of estimated time is fine. I'm sure I speak for everyone that we appreciate having some type of time line. But your response to me saying they weren't restored when the servers were down when that's when I was told it would happen, was "is there something important on your mule" vs "I wasn't aware of the 95.3 patch due to being busy with real life issues and missed the timing to inform Admins in advance" + "My apologies, I will let them know to process it in the next batch or next time the server is down, whichever comes first" (or something like that) would have been a much better way to communicate your position.

    I am asking if something is important on your mule, cause it would be a valid reason for me to request Admins to make an exception this time round - but you didn't like this question

    I feel like this thread is being distorted in a way that tries to frame me as biased towards you - did we have a conflict before?

    I understand the reason why it was not restored, and why it was not restored while server was down.
    My mule is not being prioritized as it is not an attacker, and so others are being prioritized that are attackers. (from my understanding) So that is why I stated that it seems to not be an important character for you guys.

    I feel like this highlights my point. How was I supposed to know that this is the basis for your question "Is there something important on the mule?"

    I'm not sure how I'm trying to frame this conversation to being biased towards me. No, we have not had a conflict before.

    Honestly, I feel like if the conversation went like:
    and then provide an estimation of when the next batch could possibly be, (if any estimation could be given) this would have been over.

    At this point, I'm really just pointing out how you could have been more clear in your questions.

    Understanding your original question now,
    My mule has 10% scrolls, plus my "specialty" ores/crystals etc. that I've accumulated since I've started. I don't believe I was storing any equips or much else on it. I am a fairly organized person, and prefer to have my mules a certain way ~f3 (this f3 doesn't look like the default f3 in game) so the mule itself is important to me.

    When I forward the requests, I did not state whether the characters are storage mules or main attackers


    I'm gonna stop responding now if I can't even ask "Is there something important on the mule?"

    You missed the whole entire point though. Did you not read my response at all?

    I never said that you can't ask this question. I literally asked how was I supposed to know the reason for your question.

    I then proceeded to reply after knowing your reason behind your question, but you have chose to ignore said answer because I "Supposedly" said that you are not allowed to ask this question.

    I have used quotes and facts for literally our whole conversation, and you still do not want to own up to your unclear questions. Is it really that hard to say "I apologize for not being clear"?
    I'm fine with this conversation being over. I understand you communicate with a lot of people and get a lot of heat from things that are not of your fault. But you need to know that not everyone is out to get you Dave.

    So in summary,
    1. I have made a request (restoring a char)
    2. You told me it would be done at a certain time
    3. It was not. So I stated that.
    4. So you asked if there was anything important on my mule.
    5. I said that's not important, (not knowing your reason behind your question) and tried to justify my response and asked if an attacker would be prioritized.
    6. You told me you would prioritize an attacker of my mule, and then proceeded to give your reasoning to why my character wasn't restored.
    7. I then mentioned if you gave your reason for not informing admins in time, there would have been no issue.
    8. You then told me the reason for the first question.
    9. I provided a serious response to the first question understanding your original question now that you gave it.
    10. You then proceed to ignore everything I've said, and say you won't respond anymore.
    All while I was pointing out that if you just gave your reasonings behind your questions, and were a bit more clear, we wouldn't be having this misunderstanding.
    I haven't been trying to blame you, flame you, frame you or make you a bad person this whole conversation IMO. I have simply mentioned, with facts, that if you were a little more communicative with your questions, things would have gone a lot smoother.

    Honestly at this point, I feel like I should be asking you this question.

    Have we had a conflict before this thread?

    But since you won't be replying back to me, can any other GM confirm if my character will be restored the next time server will be down, or the next batch of character restorations? (whichever comes first)

    If any unbiased person can review this, and tell me that I am wrong in any way of all of this with a reason, I will gladly apologize to Dave.
