Yesterday, i tried to get married on 2 of my characters but when i was on the photo shooting stage, server crashed. I logged in after several hours but my ring is missing, got the 4 proof of love back, can't make another ring, can't get an annulment. and can't get married (event though i bought another wedding ticket). Can you attach some screenshots of what you are seeing now, such as lack of heart shape on your character profiles (status of not married), including unable to make another ring upon interacting with the NPCs
Oh, i moved on and created another char so don't worry about it. But wold be awesome if you can delete those characters because i can't even delete them. Or at least delete AsahaDoji please?
Will request Admins to do so In the meantime, please do ensure the characters do not have any important items or NX stored on them
