    Last thing you did: I was staying at a map, and was leveling up. I wasn't installing anything on my laptop, but I think the system consider me as a robot or sth. I thought I close the game, and log out, and not sure why I was banned.
    Why do you think you got banned?: Honestly, I think because my leveling way is to press Ctrl on my laptop, and use my remote keyboard to move I guess. I don't really know.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: your account has been block for hacking or illigal use of 3 party program. You can log in after 25 Jun 2025.
    What GM banned you (optional): I swear I did not use any program or hacking.....please release my account.

    You have been banned for two weeks for Robotic Play.

    When your character is performing actions (e.g. casting heal), you need to be paying attention to your screen, and able to respond to a GM if they come and check on you. One of our GMs sat in your map for almost 15 minutes, patiently trying to get your attention. If you had been present at your computer, you would have seen them.

    Please take some time over the next couple of weeks to re-familiarize yourself with our ToS, as if you do this again, it would be a permanent ban.

    Dear GM, I'm sorry but I really did think I turn off the game and log out...So I went out to swim...
    Okay, I will definitely pay attention to this, is there any thing I could do to try to get it back earlier.
    The ban is very long, and I don't expect this to happen...
    I understand your point and respect the rule.
    Again, this was not my intention. And sorry about this.

    How do you cast heal? Were you using a weight on the key and forgot to remove it when you afk'ed or something?

    How to use a weight exaclty.
    Usually I use my finger pressing Opt|Ctrl.
    I dont' know what has happened in the game, but I did close my laptop screen.
    (That's what I usually do, I don't log out because I was lazy to login everyday...but maybe I should learn to turn it off).
    After my swim, I checked on my laptop, I was logged out with the ban.
    My laptop is old, so maybe it's because sth was sticked to the button. I will need to find out.
    I totally understand the rule and the ban, and that was indeed needed...but not for my case...
    But obviously I was not infront of my laptop during the term...I really am surprised.

    The thing I care about is not the leveling, but the guild that I just joined....
    I got friends there, and I really hope they don't just kick me out because of this.
    We were like starting to become friends...this makes me sad...

    Dear GM,

    I respect the game and the rule.
    Would you please provide the evidence of me using 3rd party program or being hacked ?
    I did not use any and I don’t think I was hacked.
    To me this seems to be an old laptop button issue.
    This is not acceptable if you overuse the power to ban ppl who really want to play this game.
    Any process of formal appeal?
    This is upsetting and I was totally not given enough information of this.
    The game is becoming like this nowadays.
    Sigh, no wonder ppl switch to other one if this keeps happening.

    Anyway, I will wait for 2 weeks for this ban and seriously consider not spend too much time here.
    Thanks for giving my life back. There are more things to do in real life.

    Do not create additional forum accounts. Your other forum account was banned and your other ingame account was banned as well. Trying to circumvent your ban will result in a permanent ban.

    Thank you for response and consider to discuss this because I wasn’t trying any shortcut or sth literally and nor did I know how to put a weight on the button or use a 3party program. I don’t have those knowledge to be honest.

    If you think this way, I’m truly sorry.
    I just want to appeal for why my account is banned.
    *Hidden by staff* was not having such laptop button issue but still banned because I recall that I place the character in the Ludi town not in a map with monster. I truly don’t get the reason.

    And you said it might become a permanent ban.
    I really don’t want that to happen.
    I got friends in the games, and it’s a community.
    Please don’t ban me…..permanently.
    I’m simply just frustrated and I don’t even know that I can’t have 2 account here since I have 2 account in royal. Is that also against rule(truly unknown)
    You don’t expect a beginner like to who played only1 month to know all the account details. I just had my this account yesterday. never used the forum if no such sudden ban……

    Do not post your usernames here as it is public. When a player is banned, all of their accounts are banned, not just the one that the offense was committed on. Staff will respond when we have discussed further.

    You can have multiple game accounts but you can only have one forum account. I’d encourage you to go read our forum and game terms and conditions while you wait.

    After further discussion, we have determined that you will remain banned for the duration of your 14 day ban. We do not believe your story. If you had genuinely afk'ed, you would have left your character up on the safe platform, rather than where the mobs were. This is just common sense. It's rather clear to us that you had either ensured that key stay held down by putting a piece of folded paper over it or something when you closed the laptop lid, or you had been using a macrobot. If we find out it was actually a macrobot, then that would be a permanent ban for you as a person.

    As Bacon has already said, you should be using this time to read our ToS, that you already agreed to when you logged onto your account for the first time.

    Do not attempt to ban evade. If you do, then we will ban the new accounts, and double your ban duration. The ban applies to you as a person, not just the account.

    May I know what’s ’evade’ mean here.

    Also, is there anything I can prove that I don’t own or use a macrobot(I don’t really know what that is) or if you need me to send the screenshot of my laptop or download any from my laptop to prove it?
    Okay I will take 14 days off the game and do other things even though I still feel misunderstood here. However, I don’t want to argue anymore because it looks like you guys can decide everything and have the right to remove me at any time. This scared of me very much. (I said I did not place anything in my laptop and my laptop’s button is nearly flat but it does sometimes cause this type of issue when I close the screen, I use Microsoft laptop and the screen is touchable, sometimes it also has this issue to wrongly close all my website. it’s not possible to intentionally to place anything, paper or sth in the laptop because the screen is touchable, it will have problem….., a video can show!
    Anyway, you don’t believe me, then I can only specify these detail here.)

    one last question, should I uninstall the game or sth, so it doesn’t violate anything during the 14 days?

    Ban evade means trying to play when you are banned. You are not allowed to create any new accounts in the next 14 days.

    The fact that you're trying to tell us that your heal button (and no others) just happened to get jammed when you had happened to afk where the mobs are, is ridiculous. Perhaps you put heal on that button because it is the one that tends to jam eh? Anyway, I am locking this thread, because we are done discussing your appeal. Do not cheat again.
