maybe its just me- ive noticed this since i was playing but the weapon attack motions does not reflect the proper lv20 mastery. i dont have screenshots but having the wave motion being red isnt enough. can we get the finished red upgraded attack motions that warriors get but on all the appropriate weapon masteries? it used to be this cool motion cant even describe it but its just the regular lv 0 weapon mastery on the other classes but red instead of blue.

matter of fact i think warriors are the only one who get their proper weapon attack wave/shadow mastery increase with the extra effect. everyone else is just red and dont get that extra flair.

idk if its just me again but hey lmk. i lowkey get sad that my weapon mastery doesnt reflect my attack motions shadow (whatever the heck that blue or red motion is when you attack and it has that blue/red shadow = to mastery level). i just want it show properly. i think doing all this cake event and setting mages with the upgraded red attack wave+shadow and mages don’t have a dagger mastery kinda sent me to make this thread/fix request

max 20 on daggers still look like a normal 1dagger/1h sword animation wave but just red.
a warrior with lv20 mastery on any weapon will show the proper mastery color/exaggerated attack shadow/motion

edit: some are obvious, some you'll have to pause and think "are they really a mage using a spear with max/red mastery??

I think I know what you're talking about (see pics).

If I remember right (I haven't played in some time), in Royals, the attack hit animations stay blue for most classes. But they're meant to become red as your put points into an attack skill. The pic above shows a somewhat upgraded Magic Claw and it's yellow/orange. But the claw effect is always blue in Royals. Right? As for the attack wave, I did a comparison in Royals versus not-Royals. You can see the wave gets some sharp edges in not-Royals. Is that what you're talking about?

thats exactly what im talking about. you can see other classes in this server attack with red mastery motions/exaggerated default attack shadow/whatever its called

i have footage to edit ive just been away. if you watch the different attackers participating in cake you will see every one else but you (unless youre a warrior im still experimenting. BW still shows regular wave but maybe its red. polearm i cannot confirm i made a new char for this experiment but i havent dropped 100m on orbis etc.)

i go into a jelly silent rage seeing everyone elses non-existent mastery with exaggerated attack wave/shadow while mine looks like….well…unmastered lol.

    edit: i feel understood ~f4

not sure if edits notify anyone who's viewed the thread but responding since i've finally added a video. i'm not going thru every single one other wise i'd look like one of those videos with red boxes everywhere.

video is on post body, but will post here too.

Let me help you out a bit more. These are the attack effects as Minerva intended. All of these are normal attacks except for magic claw. Mages whacking things with their wand/staff seems to count as zero mastery, as does crouch stabbing. I don't know why some of these are red and others aren't, but you can see the idea pretty clearly here. Sorry for no pirate, but I assume it's somewhat similar to archers. If you like these, smash that vote button.

Bonus 2H. When adding skill points back into mastery, I found out that the final, sharper effect happens somewhere between 16-19 mastery. The color starts getting orange by 15.
