Hi Royal admin and friends i recently had an issue where i am constantly stuck on character selection page which ends up being unable to connect. This started happening after i left royals open and left the character in lounge then went for dinner. I came back afterwards, i suppose my computer went to sleep or something so the game end up disconnecting (not sure). I did see the unable to connect screen when jumping back on royals. I did for short while able to log into royals and played a bit. I then went into the cash shop and game got stuck on a black screen which again went back to unable to connect page. I tried to log in again and now its stuck in character selection page and goes back to unable to connect page again or sometimes closes the game entirely. I tried rebooting the computer, reinstalling, reset my internet and this problem is still persisting. Need some guidance on how to fix this issue, thanks in advance gang! *Update i can log in sometimes but if i change channel or go into cash shop the game freezes in black screen. The game does not close just stays in black screen.
Have you tried using another network such as mobile data? Cause what you are describing sounds like network being unstable
There's something going on for aussies where I think the servers can't handle peak cake times. I had the exact same issue at the same time. I don't think it's pure network issue, because if your network disconnects and reconnect, the game asks you to input pin again, which did not happen for me
