    Hello Royalist,

I am here with a crazy suggestion that I hope gets some love.

Recently, I came back from playing other games and dealt with a lot of crafting and found it very enjoyable. I thought, I wish Royals had a more pronounced means of crafting in it and remembered something really cool. ARDENTMILL town.

I wanted to suggest the inclusion of Ardentmill to Royals. It would bring so much more value to Free to Play and allow for more customization to our weapons and armor base stats. Back when it was first released, it was so much fun to find something to do besides grinding for hours on end. Ardentmill was the first thing ever added to GMS Maplestory that had me playing for hours without grinding, and that's saying something.

Sadly I felt Ardentmill's release in GMS was relatively late, resulting it in being underutilized due to GACHAPON and Cash shop Items being so much better. I do not see this being the issue in Royals tho.

It would require quite the update, and I do not see it being something so easily implemented, but it would make Royals an unmatched Gem in the private server community forever. What do you guys think? If you aren't sure what Ardentmill Town is, there are videos on it on Youtube. Check it out.

I think it was after big bang, but way before there was a craft system that could be cool with some adjust, maybe it is esier to implement.

Yes, anything to use up all those useless gems and plates would be nice. Most of them are completely pointless right now. I don't know anything about Ardentmill, but I know about the Maker skill. I hope you don't mind filling up more mules with even more junk. It would also make Magatia more than just that place where you get more HP, since you get the skill and some extra quests there.

The gems used in crafting weapons add guaranteed stats. Diamonds add weapon attack (the best one adds +3), amethysts add speed (best adds +5), and the dark crystal further randomizes things (if the description is to be believed). This turned out to be a 111 wa dagger with +5 speed. Clean is 107 wa, no additional stats. So you can see how this could shift the economy around.

If implemented correctly a well thought out crafting system has the potential to not only give purpose to many currently more or less useless items (blinking dingbat) but to add a new layer of depth to the game for players to explore. A little shake up to the economy isn't necessarily a bad thing either, especially for the opportunistic :p I would not be adverse to seeing something like this implemented in the future.

imagine this but object becomes Untradeable, at least economy won't be affected regarding selling gear but oh boy ores and such will have use other than being used on quests and ocassional dragon weapon crafting.
