I think this is more about how the player in question behaved in smegas afterwards, and not really about the drop-trading.

context - i've asked Jeffoo to return the smegas, saying the person that he took it from was my friend (at the time, i had a mistake in terms of the identity of the person who drop-traded the smegas). he argued with me as he didn't steal anything and it was taken care of, and that was that.
i have no idea whether or not zoteth mass defamed / harassed anybody, but calling someone "retarded" is toxic in my books.
