Closed 12th anniversary ribbons can't be traded or dropped from this character

    Problem: Can't trade or drop 12th anniversary ribbons on this character.
    Details: When trying to trade my 12 anniversary ribbons it states "trade is unsuccessful". I tried to drop them from inventory and it also doesn't do anything. No issues on my other characters that also have ribbons when trying to trade/drop them.

    This issue can happen to bugged NX

    Note: Bugged NX items cannot be traded or dropped, and will disappear if placed into Cash Shop storage

    Do you have any other NX that are facing a similar issue?
    (including APRs)

    I just checked my other NX items and all of them are able to be dropped. It's just the blue and black ribbon in my inventory that are bugged then. ><
