DC when starting game + Error Code

    - I haven't even started to play yet...
    - Created my character, selected it in order to play...
    - "You have been disconnected from the server"

    Oh... and most of the times when i run the exe of ms royals, i get the error code: -2107024809

    "the parameter is incorrect"

    Using windows 8.1 pro x64

    it's not a bug so this isn't the right place, when you know what error code you get post it.

    You need to change the compatibility, right click the mapleroyals.exe click properties go into the compatibility tab and change the compatibility to Windows 98/ Windows ME

    This is to fix the "parameter incorrect"

    Great! that worked, i don't see the error anymore, altho im still having problems to start game with any character :'( ....

    Don't use any loopback adapters or Hamachi, try disabling your firewall/antivirus restart your pc and modem/internet devices.

    If you still can't play make a post in character issues and the staff might be able to help more.

    i use malwarebytes, firewall is off, i don't use hamachi .... going to try to restart modem
    some people in forum's chat suggested that i might be "false banned" so i posted an appeal here... not even sure if im "banned" tho because i haven't even managed to start game yet =w= '..
