How much dex/luk should be in these equips for NL?

How much dex/luk should be in my pirate top and pants as a NL? Sorry for all the questions btw

 

You should probably aim for 30+ stats (as in dex + luk) top and as starters you can get a 18/9 or 19/8 bottom

 

Okay thx - how much do the 30+ Stat ones cost? I might need to save up

Should i focus only on luk for the top and dex for the bottom? I see one top for 850mil with 28LUK and 3DEX and one 25LUK and 7DEX for the same price. not sure if these are overpriced or not and if i should get one

 

At 4rth Job you'll have Maple Warrior boosting only your base stats.
Therefor it is generally slightly better to gain your secondary stat (dex) from your equip so your primary base stats (luk) are higher

Dex on your equips is slightly better than Luk

generally true but its important to clerify its a pretty minor difference, so if we take earrings for example:
for the price of 12 dex earrings you can get like 17 luk ones (ifia), so its better to use luk earrings even if you would have 37 base dex instead of 25.

 

You can get a 5 luk 12 dex ifia

 

thats nice too but it would probably be more expensive and hard to find than 17 luk,.
